It’s great in moderation. Don’t over do it or your nostrils and organs with get smashed over time. Just wanting on my order that was mailed out last week and should have been picked up by now and delivered. If anyone could please advise? It was ok made alot easier and more comfortable then sniffing. Felt mild effects , felt more with the crystal form for sure. But for ease and comfort alot more enjoyable just would like the effects to be more strong. Will try again tho
