Everything you need to know about LINES.
Shipping & Delivery
How many business days will delivery take?
Transit time varies by destination:
- British Columbia to Manitoba: approximately 2–5 business days
- Eastern Canada and the Maritimes: approximately 3–7 business days
- Northern territories: approximately 5–9 business days
These windows are estimates. Weather, holidays, carrier demand, local disruptions, and remote destinations may extend delivery time.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Standard delivery is complimentary on orders of $139 or more. A flat $19.99 shipping charge applies when the order total is below that amount.
Who delivers LINES orders?
Canadian parcels are sent through Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. We provide tracking once your package has been prepared and submitted to the carrier.
Please remember that shipment confirmation marks the start of transit—not the delivery date. The carrier still needs to receive, scan, and route the parcel.
When will my order be prepared for shipment?
Orders paid before the business-day cutoff are normally handled first. Payments completed after the cutoff, during a weekend, or on a statutory holiday move into the next business-day queue.
Placing your order earlier in the week can help it enter the delivery network sooner.
When is the best time of week to place an order?
Orders submitted early in the week usually have the clearest path through regular carrier schedules. Weekend purchases are prepared on the next available business day, then begin moving when normal service resumes.
Allow additional time when ordering immediately before a weekend or holiday.
How do I follow my shipment?
We email your Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator tracking link as soon as it is issued. The same shipment information is also available from the order in your LINES account.
A label can be created before the carrier performs its first scan, so tracking may take a little time to display activity.
Why is there no new tracking update?
A printed shipping label does not necessarily mean the parcel has reached a carrier facility. Tracking often begins after Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator completes the first physical scan.
Weekends, holidays, and high-volume periods can postpone an update by one or two business days.
Does LINES deliver internationally?
Not at this time. We currently accept delivery addresses within Canada only and cannot fulfill orders destined for another country.
Payment & Order Processing
What should I expect after completing checkout?
Once checkout is finished, we send an email summarizing your purchase and explaining any remaining payment steps.
If the message does not arrive, look in your spam or junk folder and verify that the email entered during checkout is correct.
What payment options are available?
You can pay by e-transfer, cryptocurrency, or an eligible credit or debit card processed through Stripe. Checkout displays the methods available for your purchase along with the instructions for each one.
Following the displayed payment directions helps us confirm your order without unnecessary delays.
Why does my paid order still show as on hold?
We may keep an order on hold while its payment is being matched or verified. Common reasons include:
- Incorrect or missing order number: add the exact order number to your e-transfer message.
- Bank approval required: your bank may request confirmation for a transfer to a new recipient.
- Transfer still processing: Interac or your financial institution may not have completed the payment.
- Crypto confirmation pending: cryptocurrency transactions must reach the required number of network confirmations.
If your payment has cleared but the status has not changed, contact support and include your order number.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Can I fix an incorrect delivery address?
Let us know immediately. If your parcel is still in our fulfillment workflow, we will make a reasonable attempt to correct the address before it leaves.
Once the shipment is with the carrier, any redirect or address request must be arranged directly with that carrier.
What if I entered the wrong shipping details?
Please check your complete address carefully before placing an order. LINES cannot assume responsibility when a parcel is misdelivered because the submitted address was inaccurate.
Contact us as soon as you spot the mistake. After dispatch, ask Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator whether a delivery adjustment is still possible.
Can I request a specific delivery instruction?
After tracking becomes active, your carrier may offer options such as delivery preferences before the first attempt. Those arrangements must be made through Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator.
Enable carrier notifications so you can review and manage the available choices promptly.
What should I do if tracking never receives a first scan?
If five business days pass without an initial carrier scan, contact LINES support with your order number. We will investigate the shipment and advise you on the appropriate next step.
What if tracking stops moving after the first scan?
Once the first scan appears, your package is travelling within the carrier’s network. The carrier can provide the most current transit details.
If LINES caused the issue, we will work with you toward a resolution. Customer-entered address errors and missed delivery preferences must be addressed with the carrier.
What can I do when tracking says delivered but nothing arrived?
First check your mailbox, doorway, building mailroom, concierge desk, and nearby post office. Then contact the carrier to request the delivery details.
After a carrier records a parcel as delivered, LINES is unable to accept responsibility for its loss.
Damaged, Missing, or Incomplete Orders
How do I report damaged goods or a missing item?
Photograph the sealed parcel before opening it. If an item is absent or damaged, take additional clear photos of the contents and all relevant packaging.
Send support the images, your order number, and a brief explanation of the issue. Complete documentation helps us assess the case more quickly.
Will LINES resolve an order-packing mistake?
Yes. When our review confirms that the problem originated with us, we will work with you to correct it. Please contact support with your order number, an explanation, and photographs when they apply.

Factory-sealed third-party products can also include testing or quality records supplied by the original manufacturer.
Where is product quality or testing information listed?
