from order to arrival 10 days( including processing time and giving to courier then delivery thru the courier) at the RUSH of Christmas and got to me before NYE was perfect. I couldn't ask for better. smooth ordering process and for any issues I had (small issues with ordering) David from Delics was very helpful and went above and beyond answering questions I had. he was balling outta control Davidd thaa plugg and I will be ordering again... very happy potent product clean. better than Im used to around in the middle on no where, this is a wonderful service and I enjoy David from customer service. he is so friendly and very knowledgeable.

Pour une première expérience d'achat ici, j'ai mal choisi mon moment: fin de la grève des postes et la période des fêtes... Après plus de 10 jours sans avoir reçu mon truc, j'admet que j'ai cru m'être fait arnaqué mais David a répondu à mes courriels et m'a rassuré qu'ils allaient vérifié mon colis à leurs retour des fêtes....À ma grande et heureuse surprise, j'ai reçu mon colis le 31 et c'est de la très belle qualité, je suis ravi! :)
Wish for better packaging
The product itself was good, only giving 4 stars though because the little jars they put the product in makes it hard to get everything out of the jar. I wish it was more like the little pucks that the regular quality comes in. Those ones you can get every little particle. These jars are keeping a couple lines out of reach.
