I have used this product twice now, in the evenings as I drift off to sleep with an eye mask on. Quite honestly, what drew me to this product was because I cannot afford private clinical ketamine treatments for depression and debilitating chronic pain, which I have read promising studies for that show proven results, if even in the short term. I will admit, I was a complete newbie and was a tad nervous, but once I did a test dose, I quickly realized there is nothing to worry about as a deep sense of calm and euphoria swept over me within ten minutes of using. With more confidence, I have since tried a higher dose at bedtime. I felt so much clarity and calm with closed eye visuals forming as I processed different feelings and emotions that I had been repressing. I have noticed my pain is less aggressive, which is pure relief and gives me hope. I am very happy with this purchase and feel confident it will last me a while. My only issue is that the website description does not provide dosing instructions, or how much to use for certain effects. I was also curious to know just how often this product can or should be used. However, I could have easily reached out to the seller to have such information. I really appreciate being able to find this product online, which is few and far in between and has also saved me a LOT of money instead of paying the $6k required for private ketamine therapy. I will buy again, if need be, and I am so happy I took the plunge.
