sincerely one of the best products that can exist you can use it anywhere when no one suspects anything just remove the label if ever for example I had a little trouble seeing as it was my first time with this product the mud that we put back in the nose was blocked by a piece of plastic and was a little hard to remove but otherwise I love the little smell and flavor leave very light so if you do not like strong smells I highly recommend
